swiming pool and health club is far a way from hotel and not comfortable

location of thhe hotel, however the poor service provided would downgrade hamdan to lower grade. Comparing to the large size and graet location of the hotel more attention should be given to services which is basically none if compared to the price paid per room per knight wish management of Hamdan Plaza to take above points into consideration to improve facilities in comming years

I appreciated my time at this reasonably priced hotel. the staff was exceptional, accommodating, and responded promptly to requests. the beds were big and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of options. the location was central, close to the shopping mall, airport, city center, and restaurants. Overall, I had an excellent stay during my holidays.

We really liked the quality of the bathroom in our triple room.

Very unfriendly and apathetic reception staff. Very unwelcoming and unwilling to accommodate. Very unprofessional.

Only good thing is it's location and rooms are big.

TV is in very bad condition and no international news channels. Carpet and others fabrics very old looks dirty.

I loved the convenient location near Salalah, the delicious buffet, the helpful reception staff, and the nice breakfast. It was great that there was a shopping mall nearby with cafés and two major malls. Also, it was a stroke of luck that Change Burger & More, where you can get takeaway food, was just a short distance away.

The room was absolutely amazing, so spacious and comfortable it was mind-blowing! The buffet at the restaurant was super delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes. The hotel's location near the airport and other establishments was perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent hospitality. staying here was a jaw-dropping experience and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Salalah in the future!

Good and ideal location near the largest shopping malls as well as the tourist attractions, could not be better. Also, close to the shopping centre.

The location was magnificent, and the great breakfast was offered. My next choice again in Salalah.

Location of the hotel is exellent.Parking in front of the hotel always available.Food in both hotel restaurants was also good.

I do travel a lot around the Middle East and rest of the world,but I have seen much more comfortable ***hotel accommodation.Room was reasonably clean but the bath room was not "hygianically"clean as it suppose to be! All the furniture,carpets,sofa ware dirty with many burned marks from cigarerts.Entry door lock was usable only with hopes.Genarally speaking, the hotel need heavy maintenance and some refurbishment for sure,its getting old and not comfortably enough for the money you pay.Right now it could be evaluated as higher standard backaker accomodation.

The location was good, for example, Salalah Gardens Mall was at walking distance from the hotel. This property was in a shopping area just off tourist attraction in Salalah as well as airport and shopping malls. I had a perfectly clean room and everything was perfect.

I enjoyed my stay at Hamdan Plaza Hotel Salalah. the hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city. the breakfast options were fantastic and the hotel is conveniently close to Salalah Gardens Mall. Additionally, being next to the new Salalah airport and the biggest shopping centers in Salalah was a huge plus.
